How to Download Chrome Themes
Option 1: Apply to All Devices using same Google Account
Follow the below-mentioned steps to download & apply chrome themes across all devices, at once:
Open Google Chrome on your PC.
Click on the three-dotted icon from the top right corner of the screen.
Click on Settings, as shown.
Select Appearance in the left pane and click on Theme in the right pane. This will open Chrome Web Store.
Here, a wide range of themes are listed. Click on the desired Thumbnail to see the Preview, Overview & Reviews.
Then, click Add to Chrome option to apply the theme immediately.
If you want to undo this theme, click Undo option, shown highlighted, from the top bar.

Option 2: Apply to Only One Device using this Google Account
If you wish not to apply it on all other devices, then you will need to remove Chrome themes, as follows:
Navigate to Google Chrome > Settings as shown in the previous method.
Click on Sync and Google services.
Now, click Manage what you sync option, as depicted.
Under Sync data, switch Off the toggle for Theme.

How to Change Color and Theme in Chrome
You can also change the color of browser tabs, as follows:
Open a New tab in Google Chrome.
Click on Customize Chrome from the bottom right corner of the screen.
Then, click Color and theme.
Select your desired Color and theme from the list and click on Done to implement these changes.

How to Uninstall Chrome Theme
Here’s how to remove Chrome themes, should you decide to do so, at a later stage:
Launch Google Chrome and go to Settings as shown.
Click Appearance in the left pane as earlier.
Click on Reset to default under the Themes category, as shown below.
